Tip Top Shape offers the following services: 

  • Fitness bootcamp classes (in-person group training sessions, 3 times per week, 60 minutes per session) 

  • Sale of fitness apparel and related products through our online shop 

  • General fitness and wellness information published on our website 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. 

3. Eligibility and Health Disclaimer 

Participation in any fitness program or bootcamp class carries inherent physical risk. By purchasing a class pass or participating in any Tip Top Shape fitness program, you acknowledge and agree that: 

  • You are in good physical health and have no known medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in exercise. 

  • You have consulted with a qualified medical professional before beginning any new fitness program. 

  • Tip Top Shape, Samantha Wise, and any associated coaches or instructors are not licensed physicians and do not provide medical advice. 

  • You assume full responsibility for your own health, safety, and well-being during any class or fitness activity. 

  • You will immediately inform the instructor of any injury, discomfort, or health concern during a session. 

All fitness levels are welcome. However, if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a pre-existing medical condition, you must obtain medical clearance before attending classes. 

4. Waiver of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tip Top Shape, its owner, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse health outcome arising from your participation in any class, use of exercise equipment, or reliance on any fitness content published on our website. Participation in all sessions is entirely at your own risk. 

5. Online Shop — Purchases and Payments 

The following terms apply to all purchases made through shop.ttshape.com: 

  • All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. 

  • We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. 

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details. 

  • Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. 

6. Returns and Refunds 

For physical product purchases from our online shop: 

  • Unused, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. 

For fitness class passes or memberships, refunds are not available once a pass has been partially or fully used. Unused passes may be credited toward a future session at our discretion.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, workout programs, and instructional materials, is the property of Tip Top Shape by Samantha Wise and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

When using our website or participating in our classes, you agree not to: 

  • Engage in conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or disruptive to other participants or staff. 

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
