Sam’s approach to postpartum fitness made everything feel approachable, sustainable, and empowering. What helped me stay consistent was the incredible accountability, encouragement, and supportive fitness coaching for mothers from both Sam and the entire TTS family.
Having access to both in-person workouts and online sessions made fitness after pregnancy manageable, especially on days I needed to stay home with my son. The flexibility allowed me to prioritize both motherhood and my health without added stress.
